Description

Frustrated and disillusioned about his work alongside the Justice League, Robin is forced into a new position with a younger super team, the Teen Titans. Readily welcomed aboard, he is immediately intrigued by the mysterious Raven and the unnatural force that looms over them - her father Trigon - a deceptive being powerful enough to destroy Metropolis by pitting the mighty Justice League against the Teen Titans. With loyalties on the line and lives in the balance, witness the super hero showdown that pits Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Cyborg against the likes of Beast Boy, Starfire, Blue Beetle and Nightwing. Only true teamwork will end the threat in this DC Universe adventure!

I've always liked Teen Titans. The story begins with the introductory fight featuring the Legion of Doom, which is fairly quickly dispatched. Damian Wayne helps gets things rolling with his usual snarky teen attitude. I hated him a little less in this story than in the origin story a few years back, but he still grates on my nerves. After some Raven back story, things move along nicely and the team finally gels a bit. Overall, I enjoyed the movie.

It was interesting how the film explored ravens past. The film also contained decent action sequences & a decent story. If your a fan of the teen titans I recommend this one.

I disagree if anyone would even think out about touching that 4th star This movie is amazing absolutely XD I love how Robin comes into it and continues with the team Also Beast boy , cyborg, Raven and star fire bring it together to stop Ravens father including that I loved the story line and the funny parts like when beast boy says"yah like you have a way to defeat superman" then robins turns around and grins in a very Robin sly way and to follow up beast boy concludes "Oh my gosh I think he does"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to see the Titans and League duke it out, but it was about the witch girl and satanic ritual. I watched many epidsoes of Justice League and Teen Titans, this was nothing like the shows at all. Mostly talk and no action. I was so disgusted I turened it off. Thank God I only rented the movie. First Suicide Squad and now this. Can't even watch an action movie anymore.

The sotryline here is fine. The plot advanced in a logical manner, motivations are clear, we have a few origin stories, a villain that's even more ultimate evil than Darkseid, all good. It advances the Batman / Damien story, and the Superman / Wonder Woman relationship, and all. But the voices are uninspired. Trigon and his minions have the "you shall all pay with eternal torment" lines you'd imagine, with the delivery you'd imagine. The Titans, too, say what you'd expect, in the way you'd expect them to say it. The plot, while workmanlike, is likewise unexciting. Despite the introduction of several characters previously unseen in the New 52 continuity, none of this seems new or fresh. And the animation, as others have said, is two steps down from previous films. If you remember the great fight scenes in Crisis on Two Worlds, the Superman/Batman movie that introduced Supergirl, or even the Legion of Doom movie, there's little of that here. The layouts and character movement is clear for the viewer, but background characters are stock still, and everybody's stiff. Which is a shame, because Robin is one of the main characters, and his fighting gets the short end of the stick.
