Best movie I have saw in my life!

One of the best movies I've ever seen.

Surprised Anthony Hopkins would make this movie. Glad he did. It shows what a gifted actor he really is. A movie about what we all wish we could do. Living life on our own terms. Dedicated to something and doing it. Not much polish and glitter. It stands on it's own. If you only saw a movie about a man and his motor cycle you missed it.

Cycle riding is a great joy shared by a diverse slice of humanity, from young to old, inexperienced to experienced, male and female alike. What I liked about this film was the nostalgia. An old Indian. I knew them in the 50's and 60's, but never had the money to get one. Then, along comes this story that is good at fulfilling the fantasy and dreams of an old man and the innocent respect and love of a young boy. It is a perfect package, believable in every aspect. Anthony Hopkins, a great actor by any standard, was at his best in this movie. The writer of the screenplay cast him perfectly. And, his interaction with the other people he met on his way to Bonneville was the best. This is a very fine, enjoyable movie, especially if you think us rough looking' bikers have no sentimentality and goodness.

I'm pretty sure this is one of Anthony Hopkins least known movies. It tells a great story and tells it quite well. A hidden gem if you are looking for one of those movies that just puts you in. Good place
