Famous actor Chas Hunter and aspiring actress Clarissa Byers agree to fake an engagement to improve both their reputations. However, playing pretend starts to feel all too real as the two start to fall for one another.

Even with several moments of disbelief (mild) that I experience while watching this it found it to be okay. It's not a great movie, but a passable one. The thing that really wasn't well done was the ending. Neither character addresses the fact that the female lead was so down on herself. The ending just featured them greatful to be together. It isn't realistic to make a leap emotionally and just be fine with all of the drama that happened. I know they needed to wrap up this movie, I get it. But don't leave the viewer behind while you do it please.
Both actors are pleasant to watch. If you are looking for something to play in the background while you read or something this is the movie for you.
