Really nice Must see

You feel compelled to decide if you trust him or not. Good acting. Nice to see Jonah Hill take on a serious role. James Franco did a good job, too.

Jonah Hill is great as usual, but the characters don’t crystallize enough for the story to be enjoyable.

If I were Michael Finkel, I would be mortified by this portrayal of myself. Jonah Hill, KILLED in The Wolf of Wall Street and I was looking forward to seeing him in more mature (older) rolls. I was utterly disappointed. The directors choice of continuous, monotonous closeups was infuriating. There was very little sense of space and instead of creating tension, I was forced to focus on Hill’s make-up & Franco’s barely suppressed smirk (was that him acting?) Not a good film

I was underwhelmed. Felt I wasted my dollars. Never did get it. Moved too slow.

Long dialogs with no real end game. Probably enjoyable for fans of these two but very pointless by the end.

One of those movies you end up with a 'waste of time' feeling. Predictable, no plot whatsoever, frankly a script which should never have made it this far.

This is the type of psycho drama that leaves you thinking and reflecting. Every character in it conveyed a message and was perfectly cast. The sociopathic narcissist along with a self- involved reporter who sold his soul for potential fame created a thought provoking story. Left me ruminating about the importance of personal character.

this movie is boring and hope that there is at least a good ending but ends with the biggest snore of the year, please save your money and do not support films like this
