Great movie. Enjoyed it and it was fantastic to see the strong female and male characters.
  • Nice Life Drama

The best part of this movie was the underlying story of our everyday lives, mistakes, joy that comes from forgiveness and healing, and the craziness that ends up being our life. Would have given 4 stars if not for some of the language which is why it's probably R, could have been pg13, don't remember really any nudity. .B.
  • Enjoyable, though not a classic

I would give the movie between 3 and 4 stars. I gave it 3 stars just to counteract all of the 5 star reviews, which I think are a bit unwarranted. I enjoyed it, and it exceeded my low, $0.99 rental expectations, but it wasn't anything special. I don't understand why it has so many 5 star reviews. I don't understand the 1 star reviews either. You may or may not like the movie, depending on your taste, but it's neither great nor terrible. I thought it was a good movie and worth watching, but it's not a movie I'll remember forever.

Neither funny nor particularly well-observed. The parodies of voice over cliches are, well, cliches themselves—you’ve seen these gags done much earlier, more often, and more sharply in sketch comedy shows. I tried to get through this slog, but just couldn’t finish it.

Worst movie I've ever purchased on iTunes. None of the characters was likable and there was nothing funny about this "comedy". I only made myself finish watching it because I paid $10 for it. Rent if you must, but don't buy.
  • Terrible

This movie is empowering to woman like one woman firing another woman for being a woman is empowering to woman. How can a movie where the protagonist is told that she only received a part because she is a woman not because she was the most talented be considered empowering. Its flies in the face of everything that the modern feminist movement believes in. Just terrible!
