Okay, I'm going to keep this short and to the point. I first saw clips of the first half of this years ago, looked silly and fun even though it was a "Home Alone" knockoff, and thought it might be fun to own. Before making my decision, I thought I'd watch it on Disney + first to decide. Turns out it's a good thing I did, because this movie gets HORRIBLY creepy. At first, it's all fun and shopping sprees - I was enjoying all that. But then the scriptwriters either got their coffee spiked or they were incredibly sick in the head, because then it suddenly is about this little kid romancing a grown woman?? And at the end, she actually KISSES HIM ON THE LIPS, saying she wants to see him "seven or so years later"?! THIS IS A MILLION SHADES OR WRONG, especially since the police don't arrest her for pulling this stunt, and don't tell me "it's just a fantasy", either! This is COMPLETELY SICK IN THE HEAD. Needless to say, I'm relieved I didn't buy it!

First off The movie never shows himPurchasing the lights and the beds Second off he falls in love with a older woman and then she kissed a under aged boy she should go to jail for that this is against the law but technically since this movie was made in 1944 Laws weren’t too big back then she’s is so lucky 😡😡😡😡

An adult and a child are romantically involved. They even kiss. I watched this as a kid and thought it was weird, and now as an adult I see how truly messed up it is.

I have never ever been more uncomfortable watching a PG movie. a good portion of the film involves the kid, after becoming rich, becoming infatuated with the good-looking, upper 20's-lower 30's bank teller grown woman. BTW the KID IS 8!!! He flirts with her, asks her out, buys her jewelry, etc. and she says yes! She dresses up, calls it a date, and holds his hand. I'm sure the writers thought this was cute, but imagine some 30 year old, attractive woman you know whose going out with some preteen child. sounds like a lawsuit, amirite? Soooo... family-friendly nostalgic Disney movie you can watch with your kids? Nah. Creepy, child-adult intimate relationship that will make any normal person cringe and become IMMENSLY UNCOMFORTABLE? Guaranteed.

iTunes, please tell me why this movie is 18 bucks?! It's a great title, but it's $9.99er. Give us a break!

Growing up I loved this movie and still do! Young kid lots of money lol how we all wished it when we were younger until reality hit hahaha

We need more original Disney channel movies like this…like Brink, Susie Q, Wish Upon A Star, Zenon, The Thirteenth Year, The Color of Friendship, etc. Please? :)

I was all excited tonight to buy this movie to watch it, but then I realized it can only be rented, which is dumb, in my opinion! Please make it able to be purchased, but purchased at a reasonable price as well... nice job itunes, not even going to consider renting it! You better fix this problem or you're gonna lose money!
