Description

Becca and Howie Corbett (NICOLE KIDMAN and AARON ECKHART) are returning to their everyday existence in the wake of a shocking, sudden loss. Just eight months ago, they were a happy suburban family with everything they wanted. Now, they are caught in a maze of memory, longing, guilt, recrimination, sarcasm and tightly controlled rage from which they cannot escape. While Becca finds pain in the familiar, Howie finds comfort. The shifts come in abrupt, unforeseen moments. Becca hesitantly opens up to her opinionated, loving mother (DIANNE WIEST) and secretly reaches out to the teenager involved in the accident that changed everything (MILES TELLER); while Howie lashes out and imagines solace with another woman (SANDRA OH). Yet, as off track as they are, the couple keeps trying to find their way back to a life that still holds the potential for beauty, laughter and happiness. The resulting journey is an intimate glimpse into two people learning to re-engage with each other and a world that has been tilted off its axis.

What a fantastic movie, Nicole Kidman is such a goddess and wow just wow! I think it was casted very well and that this movie had so much emotion and love. Definitely teaches a wonderful lesson about family and moving on, recommend to anyone who wants to see a story come to life for the better!

You'll love this. Great acting, beautifully shot and the extra added benefit of delivering messages about the human experience that most of us already know and understand.

This movie is really boring!! Its hard to understand why so many people gives this movie 4 or 5 stars. Nicole Kidman´s performance is good but not enough to save this film. Don’t waste your time watching but if you do it you will agree with me that it is completely overrated.

This movie is a great film. It really goes to show that you can make a great quality looking film on a small budget. Im Reading some of the negative comments and cant but wonder why you all did not like this movie. Its something that happens everyday with parents, or anyone who loses someone close to their heart. Its raw and full of emotion. Great film from beginning to end!!!

We've seen all there is to see in movies, haven't we? Dramas of a marriage, suffering from the loss of a child or from themselves? You can say the same about all the haunted houses or car chases we'll ever need to re-experience. But when you see a film, of such simple, familiar territory, done well... that's when we know the difference between a story and a story well told. "Rabbit Hole" is such a film. A beautiful film.

This could have been a Woody Allen movie. Great acting that draws you in. My Mom died recently and I felt for their loss. It's not action/adventure or comedy but It is sad and moving.

The actors in this movie did ok. The movie was depressing although I didn't cry but maybe a little. It was a little slow but overall had an ok storyline.
