Description

When a new sergeant, James, takes over a highly trained bomb disposal team amidst violent conflict, he surprises his two subordinates, Sanborn and Eldridge by recklessly plunging them into a deadly game of urban combat. As the men struggle to control their wild new leader, the city explodes into chaos, and James’ true character reveals itself in a way that will change each man forever in a movie that the NY Daily News says β€œdeserves to stand as one of the defining films of the decade.”

Worse movie ever. The same old black and white conflict dynamic that was appropriate 30 years ago is completely misplaced today.

Worst move EVER about "war" nothing is even close to real all of this is what a hollywood type who has never even met a GI would think they and war are like

Really hits your heart what these men and woman go through to ensure the freedoms we have in America. One of my favorite war movies. The male leads were perfectly casted and did a great job performing in such harsh environment.
  • Worst war movie ever made...

I normally give a lot of artistic liberties to writers and directors... but this simply the worst war movie ever made. Not one scene in the entire movie has any level of accuracy. It's a mashup of zany scenarios that ties nothing together.
  • A Quiet but entertaining outstanding war movie

The Hurt Locker is a memzering war film to say the leasts. And The Hurt Locker deserves to be a fantastic quiet war film and Jeremy Renner is wonderful so as Kathryn Bigelow's directon and cinematopgraphy are all fantastic. I like the fact that Jeremy Renner really cared about his role instead of forcing it and his character is strict and smart i highly recommend the hurt locker it's amazing.

I hope no filmgoer is gullible enough to believe anything this film depicts as an utterly massive garbage of its generation.
