Bardejov is the Slovakian town where the true story of a small-town Jewish leader named Rafuel Lowy who realizes his town’s population was at risk of being sent off to Auschwitz and fashions a plan to cause the town to be quarantined so that no one could transport anyone from the town and ultimately saves them.
