Lots of Resident Evil 2 plot points. It’s a “zombie” movie based off of a video game, you should not expect anything more than that. Just sit back for an hour and a half and enjoy it. It entertains, and if you’re a fan of the games you should enjoy the story because you’ll recognize most of what it offers. It’s not trying to tell the same story as the game, just using the many aspects of it.

It’s a great zombie film, and brought back great memories from me when I was a teenager.

Don’t waste your movie. From terrible script to badly filmed and put together.
  • Way better than the original

This is RE 1-2 (the games) made into a movie. Where was this 15 years ago!?!?!?
  • It felt like resident evil

I almost didn’t watch this because of so many low ratings. I honestly don’t understand the hate it gets. It mixes the first and second game into a very satisfying storyline. My favorite part is them nailing many cutscenes from the games. “The zombie eating someone on the ground and slowly turning its head” for instance. Also there’s an end credit scene at 1:39:17
