The movie is kind of disjointed, but it really deals well in a non preachy way with issues related to sexism, race, employer/employee subordination/domination... Well acted, funny, cute. I just really enjoyed the quirk of this movie. Super Indie, not schmaltzy hollywood gloss.

Some may like, but, I just couldn’t get into the story line or understand what the movie was about.

Can someone please explain to me what that was and what it was all about? Even at 99 cents I felt like I was robbed!!

If you like to watch endless, aimless, meaningless chatter, this is the movie for you. I kept watching hoping that something nice, or exciting, or meaningful to happen, to no avail, up to the dumb ending. Anyhow, it is not all negative. I must say, the girls in “Support the Girls” were easy to look at. That was the only plus.

It was ok. There were amusing moments, and the ending was interesting, but overall the movie felt like not much more than an episode of Superstore. Overrated by the critics. I usually like "mumblecore", but this was kind of a weak entry.
