Description

“Apache Warrior” is a feature-length documentary that puts the viewer in the cockpit of an Apache helicopter during one of the most intense missions in aviation history. Telling the story of an elite U. S. Army Aviation Squadron, this film highlights the adaptability, courage and selflessness of Apache pilots and their crews as they launch an attack during the initial surge into Iraq in March, 2003. The mission unfolds in near real time as these heroic soldiers fight to stay alive. The film is a Strong Eagle Media production, in association with A. Smith & Co. Dox and Mechanical Dragons.

  • Boring to the Max!

There is no mission because the intel is bad. They might as well have been chasing WMDs. So after getting shot up a bit (1 wounded), they abandon the “mission” and head back. What a let-down! This documentary is a waste of time even if you love black hawks; you don’t see any combat film until half-way through and besides, turns out these guys aren’t allowed to shoot back. (Yawn!) Go watch Korendal or other military documentaries that actually amount to something.

Incredible story that is well documented and told through the eyes and hearts of those that flew and supported it.

This film was absolutely amazing! It really opened my eyes to a part of the world that most people never see which is how much soldiers do and sacrifice. From beginning to end, this movie is thoughtful and very well made. Would definitely recommend.

Apache Warrior was an extremely touching and impactful film. This documentary allowed me to get insight on what the soldiers really have to endure during battle. It opened up my eyes to a lot of things that I had no idea the soldiers and their families went through. It is a film I will be recommending to everyone.

I've never seen a documentary told in such a unique way before. It was amazing to be able to see a story told through actual footage from inside a cockpit. This film was captivating and showed the human side to America's military and what they go through.

This film really hit home. It is not your typical war film. It shows the true heart and spirit of those fighting for our country. It shows up-close and personal interviews with soldiers who have really seen it all. I am so honored to have seen the fight that soldiers have gone through in this country and watching this has given me an appreciation like never before for our country. Thank you for creating this gem of a film, absolutely worth the watch!

This film took me on a rollercoaster. It blends the perfect amount of seriousness with hints of comedy. The producers did a magnificent job in putting the whole film together. I was so immersed in the film, I felt like I was part of the team. If you want to understand the inner workings of the U.S. Army Aviation, this movie is a must!
