What a wonderful movie. Saoirse Ronan is awesome!

Films nowadays rarely draw me in. They lack the heart in the story. This is that one in a million that is all heart. It immerses you into the story and the acting is amazing. Just a perfect film.

An American love story for sure!

Heart tugging film that truly highlights what a beautiful romance and movie can be.

This movie is absolutely amazing. Brooklyn makes you smile and cry just moments after each other. It is truly my favorite movie starring love, pain and happiness.

Looks amazing, great as a period drama. Character is too hard to like or root for.

Great story worth your time.

My father grew up in Brooklyn and I had many fond childhood memories of spending time with my extended family still living there. This film encompasses that nostalgic feeling of what Brooklyn used to be like as the melting pot for Irish, Italian and Jewish immigrants. The story is told from an interesting Irish female perspective. The characters are all believable with depth and candor. It definitely has significant emotional moments but well worth the journey. Highly recommended.
