Survivor, Season 27: Blood vs. Water

Is there some reason why I have to go days without checking facebook because I don't want to accidentally learn the result of Survivor? It's now going on 48 hours and it hasn't become available on iTunes yet.

The show gets a 5 but iTunes once again gets a 1. Where is the season finale????

I don't buy the season pass for Survivor given this consistently late download. Occasionally I will download an episode if I can't find it online. Of course, I'm trying to do this right now and it isn't available! After the many complaints you would think that ITunes would resolve this?

Why do I have to wait two days for new episodes? Paid $25 for this season. I won't buy the next season.

Where is the show? I hate waiting and waiting and waiting.

Full marks to the production. Have been buying season passes to the show consistently. Unfortunately, the speed at which episodes are made available to subscribers is unacceptable. Almost two days (at time of writing) after the show originally aired and there is no episode to download. I am not sure if this is an issue between CBS and iTunes, but it should be described in the terms when you elect to purchase the season. This sort of delay is the biggest black eye on the new format of buying shows à la cart. Here's to hoping that feedback and social media can finally bring resolution to this truly frustrating problem.

I get the season pass because I like to get my TV shows legally and to support the shows I enjoy so that they can keep being made. However, Survivor’s episodes for the past several seasons have been posted to iTunes later and later. The last two weeks have been unacceptably late. It’s now been over 36 hours since the episode aired and there is no download available. This is not the service which I had expected to be paying for. I realize this is most likely not an issue with iTunes, but probably the fault of somebody at CBS or the Survivor production office who has neglected to upload that file to Apple. It’s unfair to down-rate a show which I otherwise enjoy due to the inability of an intern to do their job, but there are few options left after that other than to stop buying the product. That seems increasingly like the less frustrating option.

It's now Friday, where is the last episode? C'mon iTunes, please get your act together.

This rating is purely over the ongoing late download issues. Season passes are not cheap and I do not expect a download to take more than 24hrs to be available. It is disrespectful of customers.
