Sister Wives, Season 4

It didn't take long for me to be charmed by these wives, and I'll be honest, they are the main reason that I watch this show. I know they each love Cody, and that's wonderful, but I hope Cody realizes just how fortunate he is too have four awesome wives to share his life with. That said, the dynamics of a plural marriage is fascinating in our country of "traditional" relationships. I only wish the Browns great things in their future.

Whenever I read about polygamy in the scriptures, I always wondered how God could do that to women. It just seemed as if He was allowing Abraham and the other patriarchs to subjugate their wives and turn them into junior partners (or worse) in what should be a relationship of equals. Now watching this show I see how a marriage can have muliple wives and still be a partnership of equals and a family of love. The Browns have really helped me understand the scriptures better in this regard. Thanks, Browns!

I love this show for the mere fact that it teaches me about other religions and other lifestyles. Their lifestyle may not work for me or many others out there, but it seems to work for them..Yes there has been media attention on other polygamist colonies such as the FLDS and the picture was not a nicely painted one as Warren Jeffs was a monster and kept all the young girls for himself.. I am learning that not ALL Polygamist families are like that. The family seems very real to me. They have their good times and their trying times as ALL families do. From what i have seen, it does not seem like that they are going to "force" this lifestyle on their kids and they are going to let the kids decide for themselves when their time is right. I have only watched the first two seasons and am contemplating purchasing the next two seasons even though I HATE spending money on stuff like this..But I am drawn into their story and want to know more.

I love the Browns. While I may not agree with them religiously, this is what makes America the land of the free.

What they are doing is fine in my opinion. It is a religion and this is America where we should be aloud to practice any religion we want to without being judged. If they are happy and they all chose this lifestyle, which they did, then I'm happy. It is their choice of how they want to live and all of us as Americans need to respect this.

This show is so stupid.. I would never share my husband with anyone. Plus all these lady's look like they are depressed; who wouldn't be.

the show is an interesting perspective and view into a widely misunderstood and persecuted lifestyle choice.

I LOVE this show what they are doing is perfectly legal. Kody is only married legally to 1 wife Meri, the other 3 are special unions in there religion. there not on welfare or any kind of state assistance at all and they take care of their children. So i dont see the problem with it.

This is BS! Why the f•••… Who would share a husband?! This is deserves no rating!
