Every bride wants to look her best on her wedding day--but for some women, only perfection will do. On Bridalplasty, a group of eager brides-to-be move into a mansion where they live together and compete to receive plastic surgery procedures off of their wish list. Cameras follow the engaged women as they embark on a quest to win their ultimate dream wedding--along with a new body sculpted by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow. Every week, the brides will battle their opponents in wedding-themed challenges in order to collect plastic surgery procedures as prizes. At the end, the bride left standing will not only win a sizzling new body--but also a wedding fit for a star where she'll finally unveil her dramatic new look to her groom and guests.
