Description

This adventure series invites viewers on one man's search for the truth while he investigates stories of the unexplained across the globe. Host Josh Gates — a world adventurer and eager truth-seeker — and his small crew of production buddies visit a different international destination alleged to be the home of a notorious, supernatural, or mysterious creature, including the Chilean Chupacabra, the dinosaur-like creatures reported in the skies over Papua New Guinea, and the wolfman of Argentina. Gates searches for evidence to prove or debunk these stories by talking to witnesses and experts and immersing himself in the local culture.

I kind of stumbled upon this show and have been hooked on it ever since!!!! i get so excited when a new season is coming on!!! Josh and his crew are so funny!! i can sit, by myself, and laugh hysterically! and you know somethings funny when you find yourself laughing while youre alone :) i cant wait for more shows that keep me on the edge of my seat yet laughing :)

Destination Truth is a ridiculously boring show. Josh Gates' since of humor is the only redeeming quality. And what qualifications does his team truly have? Every time they hear or see something the females freak out and they have to leave. Also, they might actually find something if they stayed more than one night in each destination.
Where's Season 3

I love this show and I love what they do, but I'm a little confused. At the beginning of Season 3, I was able to purchase episodes. But, now that the second half of the season is going to be starting soon, where did the other season 3 episodes go? I bought one episode (Arica Monster), and I want the others, but now they're not here. What's up?

Okay, so they never get anything actually nailed down, but who cares. They make you laugh and even scared because who wouldn't be scared in the middle of a scary forest halfway across the world in the middle of the night? The whole cast works well together and Josh is a great leader with perfect comic timing. Filming is good, not a bunch of handheld nausea herky jerky movements. Even though you know they aren't going to find the "thing" (except for the Japanese forest ghost, FREAKY!) you can't help downloading the next episode cause it's good tv. Get 'em all. Josh make more episodes!!!!

Great show. Need more programs like this and, as always, Gates' humor is fantastic. Only gripe is episode 212 has video problems sporadically throughout the episode
