The Jetsons, Season 2

In the story of The Jetsons "miss solar system", you said in the description Jane's father instead of really saying Jane's husband. But I still love the episode.

These were not written and produced by Bill & Joe (Hanna-Barbera). They are an ’80’s reboot and it didn’t come close to the brilliantly animated and written original Emmy winning series.

Love this cartoon but according to wikipedia, thetvdb, and other tv databases, the ordering listed on iTunes is wrong. Also There are supposed to be 41 episodes in season 2 and a season 3 with 10 episodes which isn’t present. Season 1 ordering appears to be correct. Would be nice to get some clarification on this. Cheers!

Season 2 is NOT from the original series. It's from the 80's and is (as expected with H&B) absolute garbage. H&B have a looooooonnng history of repackaging their Saturday morning slop and rehashing it with a new name. They often stooped to these tactics in the original shows by looping the same footage from previous weeks of the SAME SEASON. H&B RUINED ANIMATION.

Believe it or not, these are ORIGINAL Jetsons episodes. They were just done over a decade later than the first season. Some may think they are not as well written, but they have the same writers, directors, and character voices (Mel Blanc as Mr. Spacely, for example.) So, I would disagree with those who say these are not original works. You can see them on the Boomerang network, if you have it. They mix the seasons together, now. So, check them out before you buy them, if you want. I, personally, love both seasons. Their vision of the future is so positive. A stark contrast to most SF showing today. People are normal, and they have the same hopes and dreams as we do today. Mostly, they want the best for their families, and they want to improve their worlds. That is a view sadly lacking in much of film today. The movie I would love to see on I-Tunes is, "The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones". I really loved that one!

Season 2 of The Jetsons is wonderful, however paying $30 for a incomplete season seems like kind of a rip-off. A little research and most people would find that iTunes is missing the last 10 episodes of season 2. It would be nice if they added them
