Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, Season 1

Following in the tradition of the hugely successful Jurassic film franchise, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous follows six teenagers as they are the first selected to experience the world's most incredible adventure camp: Camp Cretaceous! Wonder, Awe, Terror and Action, are all key elements of a Jurassic World story. We'll put these incredible life-or-death adventures through the lens of a kid POV and inject it with a heavy dose of character humor. And by putting our bright and appealing kids into this mix of the familiar and the unexpected, this series will feel like a new and exciting story, yet one that fits comfortably into the larger world of the Jurassic World franchise. Carved from the lush rainforest on the remote northern side of Isla Nublar, no expense was spared in the building of Camp Cretaceous -- where high tech facilities blend seamlessly with the natural world and campers are able to get up close and personal with dinosaurs! Our series takes place during the same timeframe as the first Jurassic World feature so, when the genetically- engineered apex predator, the INDOMINUS REX, escapes and causes all systems in Jurassic World to go haywire, unleashing rampaging dinosaurs upon the park, the campers find that they have to rely on themselves and each other if they are ever going to make it off of Isla Nublar and find their way back home. Mysteries will be revealed as their adventure takes our campers to every section of the island, from iconic locations we saw in the live action films to parts of the resort that were previously only hinted at, such as underground tunnels and secret labs where they are cooking up all kinds of new dinosaurs.
