The Curse of Oak Island, Season 5

Updating as we go. Again, used to interesting. Now? Not much at all. They have now spent 6 straight episodes focusing on the lead cross. Seven episodes if you count the first France lead-into about the templar jail connection where they clearly wanted to show the shape of that lead cross in the wall. Everything else shown on the island is at a literal snails pace or showing us old clips and classic OI narrator wasting time. Not cool directors. A new show should be started interviewing your past show fans and what they think of it now. Lost another star here.

It’s been an awesome journey. Been watching the show since season one episode one.

Where are the current episodes?! I paid for the season and I’m not getting the current shows that came out! 🤬

Good show made almost unwatchable because of the idiotic recapping by the narrator. More time is spent on filling viewers in on everything they already know than letting the team talk. And I wish the narrator would stop introducing every team member by first and last name every time a scene shifts. We've been watching the show for five years, so I'm pretty sure we all know who the players are!

Season 5! I am hoping from the teaser for this season that it is true that they finally uncover some of the elusive mystery treasures around Oak Island! Can't wait for more!
