Criminal Minds, Season 12

I just don't want to pay for it

Probably the worst season of the series. Don't get me wrong, I think the storyline with Reid in episode 13 was very intriguing, but one thing I didn't like was how much it dragged throughout the season (10 episodes). It's been a crazy season especially with that god awful Stephen Walker character who literally brings nothing to the team except a hideous British accent. Tara Lewis is good, she's smart and looks well with the team. I like Luke Alvez, mainly because he did good work on CSI Miami, so he fits within the team pretty well. Hotch's departure wasn't that big of a deal. Had it not been for his storyline with the Reaper back in Season 5 I would have wanted him kicked off the show a long time ago because his character is so dull. Shemar Moores's absence has probably been the most painful part of the season for me, because his character had so much life and I have to admit I used to love his relationship with Penelope. But again, the situation with Reid has gotten too deep and I fear for his return in Season 13. Furthermore, Season 12 has reached a point where we feel like everything is falling apart both onscreen and offscreen. So good luck Season 13, I hope it can bring Criminal Minds back to its golden age. And if not I hope the writers have prepared a Series Finale episode for Season 13.

This is by far the best season yet!!!!

At least they brought Prentiss back. But without Morgan's tough-guy attitude or Hotch's collected nature, this show feels incomplete. Seasons 1-10 were great, but 11 and 12 were going downhill. Both of the new characters are horrible and don't replace Hotch at all. The only positive change is Prentiss.
