Nelson's popular Halloween bash is put in jeopardy when his arch rival Dickie Calloway plans his own spook-tacular party complete with a star-studded list of celebrity guests on the same night. But Nelson's desperate efforts to out do Dickie quickly take a back seat to more pressing matters when Wood begins to suspect that ghostly spirits are invading their new house and that Todd may be possessed.
