Drive Hard

First, I’m a Tom Jane fan and a huge John Cusack. There are very few Cusack movies I haven’t seen and because of that, I had to watch this. Now that I’ve seen it, I have to say I’m disappointed in the production value. Seems, the action wasn’t believable and the chemistry between the lead actors didn’t really take off till the end. Also, It felt like this movie was incomplete. There could have been more backstory. Its almost as if this movie was intended to be a comedy that didn’t deliver. Also, it was a little out of whack having the movie done with the down under crew. Lastly, I think wardrobe and styling needed some heavy lifting. Both lead actors have unflattering haircuts and Jane’s workout needed more training. Ouch!. Love you guys though. Wouldn’t mind seeing you two in another project.

Move along, nothing good to see here. Nothing at all. Keep on browsing, just go rent something else. Don’t watch this movie. Do not watch this movie. Generally I’m a fan of John Cusack and even Tom Jane. But this was not a well put together film. The “supporting” cast is terrible. The movie feels like an episode of a bad TV show. Don’t watch it.

Boring! It tries to be funny but it's not. I turned it off, after watching it for about 30 minutes, because I was falling asleep.
