Description

DEADHEADS is a "zombedy" that is sure to impress--pleasing both horror and action-adventure fans alike. Yup, you heard it first. Horror, meets comedy, meets action adventure! DEADHEADS is a return to the great comedy/adventure films of the 80's like "Back to the Future" and the "Goonies". The story follows two zombie slackers, Mike and Brent, who find themselves surprisingly reborn from the dead amid a disastrous zombie outbreak. After discovering an engagement ring in his coat pocket, Mike enlists his new found zombie pal, Brent, to embark on a quest in search of his lost love. What ensues is a hilarious cross country road trip as these two reformed flesh-eating pals hitchhike cross country as they are pursued by a team of zombie killin' bounty hunters!

I had to write a review because my ex girlfriends brother in law did the movie make up. Patrick Halpin. Regardless of me being slightly bias, this is still an excellent movie. Hilarious definitely. I suggest anyone who likes comedy and zombie flicks to check this movie out.

Great job guys! You nailed it…funny and tight story line. Director(s), Producers and Actors all did a great job on this film. Can't wait to see what you can do with a bigger budget.

This movie is what you get when Generation Y makes a zombie movie. This movie asks, "What if zombies were cool and everybody else was just being unreasonable?". It's a cute flick with the zombies coming off as completely awesome and all the living people coming off as mean and nasty - except for the mercenary bounty hunter who comes off as thoughtful and compassionate. The conflict in the movie is handled from a zombie point of view and there's none of the "I've got to keep running and hiding or the evil dead are going to eat me". There's no heart pounding adrenaline fuelled horror that you can expect in most zombie movies and no fortress mentality of people trapped in a building fighting to keep the zombies at bay. "Cheese" is awesome and the make up is really well done without being scarey. The movie culminates in an apple pie make out scene and high fiving all 'round. This is the type of movie Granny would approve of and won't cause too many nightmares for the kiddies. Best served with a nice glass of warm milk right before bed :)
