Description

Littlefoot, Cera, Spike, Ducky and Petrie are back in an enchanting new, feature-length adventure from the beloved The Land Before Time series! Littlefoot has witnessed an amazing sight: a "stone of cold fire" that fell through the night sky and landed somewhere in the Smoking Mountains. But Littlefoot is the only one in the Great Valley who saw the stone and he can't find anyone who believes him. Petrie's long-lost uncle, Pterano, offers encouragement, but Petrie and his friends don't know that the shady Pterano has his own reasons for wanting to find the stone, which he believes has special powers. Searching for the truth, the young dinos venture out into the Mysterious Beyond... and enter a thrilling adventure beyond their imaginations! With beautiful animation, delightful songs and an unforgettable lesson about the value of friendship, this is a film families will cherish.

I bought this movie for my three year old daughter to watch as we love the series, and she could probably watch each one dozens of times. My take on this particular movie however, is that it comes with all sorts of lessons about mysterious creepy uncles who come along with criminal cronies to kidnap and try to kill you, and ends with all knowing dinosaurs from space? Im sorry, but the entire movie was based upon the abduction of ducky, and the subsequent terrors involved with getting her back, a great deal of "why dont we just get rid of her" talk from the creepy uncle and his buddies.. sheesh, even a song about how everyone has both a light and dark side.. come on guys..

I grew up with these movies, and while the first will always be the best in my book, this one is my favorite among its sequels.

There are 13 movies in this series and you are missing 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11, and 13. Please add all the movies so I can buy them in SD.
