Description

Prepare to match wits with the most ingenious robbery of the year! Hardened criminal Gully Mercer (Mick Rossi) devises a foolproof plan for a snowy New Year's Eve heist at 2:22 A.M. at The Grange, a high-class hotel filled with a vault of valuable safety deposit boxes. Aided by a brilliant and eccentric jewelry mover (Heat's Val Kilmer) and three fellow thieves from his usual crew, the scheme involves tying up and impersonating the night staff – except the hotel's demanding guests cause plenty of complications, including a frustrated drug dealer who starts making demands of his own. Soon their paths take unexpected turns as seemingly small mistakes lead to treachery, pursuit, and murder. Also featuring Robert Miano (Fast & Furious), Peter Dobson (Lakeshore Drive), and Bruce Kirby (Crash), this stylish, pulse-pounding thriller delivers powerful performances and one riveting twist on top of another.

This movie is so realistic it didn't even feel like a movie! It was much better then ever expected. The characters were great, the lead Mick Rossi was wonderful. The director did a fantastic job turning this little movie into an indie gem! The making of was great too...is only available on the blu ray I think

2:22 is too too too long and slow to develop. If you are a Val Kilmer fan, skip it, he is only there for 4-5 minutes.

looking at all the reviews so far on itunes i was just taking a gamble and was pleasantly surprised by this movie, good heist story with a twist, some quite famous people in it too so that always helps. worth the money. on a personal note. Steve, please make this rental system available for the poor people in Europe, you can be personally responsible for ending movie piracy :) cheers.

Very good to watch a movie where things happen and you know what you would do but they don't do that. Very good I recommend it. It just keep unraveling and the music is great.

It was a surprisingly good movie considering what the reviews on iTunes said. We enjoyed it.

about 1/3 way through, my jaw dropped at how bad this movie was unfolding. now that its over, i can only mourn over my lost life minutes. ok, the story is about stealing from the safety deposit boxes at a hotel. this "well planned" heist with a 2nd generation mastermind at least has a "man at the front desk" but then *gasp* - the front desk phone rings - and the whole team of robbers stand there looking at the phone like its a cobra snake that has hypnotized them. "what should we do?" well, i can tell you're on the edge of your seat, but i won't give it away. and it only gets worse from that high point of suspense. yeah, so miss this. send me an email of how else you spent your 1:44 of life and perhaps i can at least live these wasted minutes vicariously through you.

this was the worst move ive ever watched. i actually rented it from blockbuster, it was the only copy at that location. i burned it after watching it to spare anyone else the complete waste of time and money. i hated it soo much that several weeks have gone by and i still feel the need to write this review warning anyone i can about this horrible film
