one of the best drama movies , it makes u think while watching it , worth buying

the other man should have been great with such a great cast. however it was just not good. the twist was ill placed and leaves the viewers betrayed. as much as i enjoy liam his movie just didnt have what it takes

This movie pained me - I suffered it all the way to the end but it didn't improve. I cannot think of any movie that was less like the "taut thriller" it was supposed to be. There was also some mention about it being beautifully shot - if you are looking for beautifully shot films, then I sure you'll find many, many more worthy of that description. My advice on this one is simple, don't bother!

I liked this movie despite some of the reviews. It was a great mystery, left you wondering what was going to happen next. Banderas and Neeson did awesome performances of their characters. I liked the storyline and how it panned out in the end.

I can see why some reviewers have said they were disappointed by this movie, it had all the makings of what could have been a really great drama, however it does fall short I'd say of even being worth a second watch. But give it the first. I can't say I'm altogether sorry I rented it, if only for Antonio Banderas' performance but, this was a story poorly handled. I don't know enough about the process of film making to guess where they went wrong, but considering the interesting potential components at play, there were elements of the plot line and characters not fully developed which lead to a result that was muddled, at times confusing, and even bizarrely tone deaf. Like that very last moment at the end (if you watched it).... where did that come from? Who's idea was that? Not an important moment I guess, except that it's the ending note of the entire movie, but never the less, it illustrates and underlines the issues with this film. I'd love it if someone could offer an explanation for what happened with this movie. It left me feeling like it was created by someone with dual personalities, one who knows how to make an artful intriguing drama, and one who doesn't have the first clue. So strange. If you like movies for movies sake and you've already watched everything you really wanted to, give this a shot. It has it's redeeming virtues-- but don't buy it.

I think this movie got bad reviews here because people expect to see Banderas and Neeson in action movies, this is a love story. The movie is about two men in love with the same woman and how they deal with finding out about each other and her. The story was played out with mistery that keeps you guessing and wondering. The story was very interesting to me, but it may be hard for some to see these two men play the roles they are in. You have to look at the role not the actor. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I felt the love was not palpable enough to the viewer. I enjoyed the movie overall.... but it didnt wow me. I guess this is another movie that is "to each his own".

What a terrible waste of time. The story was so weak and drawn out. It is nothing like the trailer pro-ports it to be. Don't waste your time and money on this movie.

I only kept watching becuase I thought SOMETHING was going to happen. Im pretty easy to please with movies, but this certainly hits my "worst ever seen" movie category. Slow. And not much happening. And not a lot really makes sense... I think they edited out some parts, not that I would have wanted it to be any longer than it was. Sorry to the people who put effort into this, but it tanked.

Movie was very disappointing and boring. I love Leem Nieson & Antonio Banderas, but the plot was nothing worth waiting for.
