Description

Join Mickey and all of your favorite Disney animated superstars -- together for the first time ever -- as they share a heartwarming holiday celebration and sing a special song, "The Best Christmas Of All," that captures this wondrous occasion. When a huge snowstorm leaves everyone stranded, Mickey and all of his guests at The House of Mouse, including Pooh, Piglet, Belle, Snow White, Ariel, and many more of his old and new friends, break out the cookies and hot chocolate to help Donald mend his tattered Christmas spirit. The fun starts when Minnie pulls out their favorite holiday home movies and everyone starts to reminisce. Their magical memories soon put everyone in the Christmas mood -- even grumpy Donald, who ultimately becomes the star of the evening. As everybody lifts their voice in joyful song, they realize that the "Best Christmas Of All" is the one you share with all of your friends!

The trailer for this was poorly done so don't go by that. What my little guy likes is that (well into the film) it tells A Christmas Carol. That's his favorite.

Merry Christmas to you Hi I love you Mike
  • Pricey for what you get—grab Mickey's Christmas Carol instead.

The real thrill of this movie is seeing all of the Disney characters in one room. The kids loved that, but the actualy vignettes and shows are mostly duds. The largest portion of the show is a large patch of Mickey's Christmas Carol. I vote go grab the regular Mickey's Chrsitmas Carol and save your $17.99 for something else. It's easily the least enjoyable of the Mickey Christmas options (but if you're a sucker like me, that didn't phase you, and you bought it anyway).

  • Fun but not HD

If you purchase the “HD” version of this program, you are not really getting High Definition, instead you are getting an upscaled version of the "made for TV" (Standard Definition) special. The so-called HD version will be pillarboxed (vertical black bars on the left and right sides of the video). You can simply purchase the SD version and your TV can provide the same viewing experience if you have the aspect ratio set correctly. In other words, the transaction is completely misleading although the video is fun.

Ever since I first saw this on Disney channel when it first came out, I fell in love with it! This is absolutely my favorite Christmas movie to watch every year! Any Disney fan will love this movie!

Really not the greatest movie, but at least has a few Mickey Mouse Works shorts and a short film about Scrooge McDuck (probobly my most favorite Mickey Mouse character by far, since he seems to have a bit more appealing voice than most others). By the way around the beginning, Mickey would've been more smarter to show Donald Duck more fortunate endings in cartoons that would've cheered him up!
  • Rent in HD but not by in HD?

If it is available to rent in HD then can't we buy it in HD? Why does this still happen? I would love to buy this, but until then, no dice!
