Description

Jennifer Aniston (Marley & Me, Office Space) and Steve Zahn (Sunshine Cleaning, Saving Silverman) star in this "rare romantic comedy" (Los Angeles Times) that's bursting with originality, humor and sweetness. It's lust at first sight for laid-back motel night manager Mike (Zahn) when Sue (Aniston), an uptight sales rep, checks in. Convinced that Sue is his dream girl, Mike shakes up his slacker life in an outrageous pursuit across the country. But can he steal her away from her hot-tempered boyfriend (Woody Harrelson, No Country for Old Men)? Both Mike and Sue must go on their own twisted journeys to find out if what they really need is each other.

This movie was embarrassingly awkward, but funny with heart. My boyfriend and I watched it and loved it. It has its ups and downs, but in the end I was very happy with this movie.

Anniston is perfect here. She is kinda boring, but that works to her advantage. I had a relationship similar--but it didn't pan out. She was so similar to Anistons' character, work-a-holic, kind and giving, and liked competitive sports. But she was so caught up in work, (boring) but deep down seeking adventure. Here I come this crazy, quirky, funny fun guy, who wanted to just make her happy...that is the outline to this great, warm, fun movie. Sometimes it's scary to grow up....but in the end, it's worth it.

I really liked it. Was expecting it to be bad because of reviews and how it did in the theaters, but it was silly and funny and touching. Steve Zahn's character was cute and quirky and Jen Aniston was definitely not Rachel! A good indie comedy.
  • Bad, boring and creepy.

This movie is - simply put - sweet! Two ordinary people, living in an ordinary world, and showing us that there are miracles just waiting to happen in our ordinary lives.

Perhaps one of the worst movies ever put on film. So boring I could not even watch it all the way through. And I was on a plane and had nothing else to watch. Simply viewing color bars would have been better.
  • Jennifer Aniston is a good actress

I liked this film and don't understand reviews that say it's the same old Jennifer Aniston character. I think she is a talented actress and has very good range when she picks the right roles. I've never seen her like she is in this film. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. Take a chance and I think it will surprise you.
