no plot, no talent, no script. A complete waste of time, money and humman effort. it just amazes me that itunes keeps this junk up while other movies are not on itunes at all?.. buy/rent it if you want but you sure as heck wont get back your 2 hours or 5$

I was impressed by this one, not only by the concept of nature's revenge on those behaving with disrespect to their surroundings, but also by the actors' performances. Caviezel and his co-star did excellent character work. Each played an irritating, shallow sort of person with convincing emotions. I also found the entire film, start to finish, to be very engaging. I would recommend this to anyone as a good thriller.

the first review is completely off the mark. this film is not a horror film at all. it could be defined as a thriller. it is a sort of the shining story about a couple and their relationship and the odd things that happen on their trip. it isnt great but it is very entertaining and i think it is attempting to have a deeper meaning whether that comes through or not. i wouldnt really give it four stars but the itunes rating thing is off. its good and well produced - the acting isnt bad. and in some ways its very beautiful. so rent it. dont listen to the first review. if all you like is gore and thats what makes something scary to you - which you know really isnt scary...its way more scary to see what love can turn into...- then dont.
