Written, produced, and directed without needless bravado, this movie brings about pure innocence, common sense, reality, and wit. What we commonly see today falls short of all this small movie protrays. Thank you for the good time.

I haven't written a review or even considered it before. So, this series of Jesse Stone stories, in my opinion, is one of the best pieces of storytelling I have seen in 40 years. It's the sleeper that is captivating. It's the story that you watch over and over. Well written, well directed, very well edited. All the actors are perfect for their roles. I highly recommend an evening with any of these stories.

All of the Jesse Stone (Tom Selleck) films are fun to watch, and worth watching. I hope he continues to make more of them. Unlike another person who reviewed this film, Selleck's politics are pretty good too.
  • Just right Jesse

Tom has done justice by this character in all the Jesse Stone movies. Get one but you should get all.

Tom Selleck has eased into the role of Jesse Stone and it's hard to believe that he isn't REALLY Jesse Stone. Despite my objections to some of Selleck's politics, I can only admire his acting and enjoy all of the Jesse Stone movies. They are dark, brooding, with a twist of humor and compassion....my kind of mystery series. I also like the dog.
