Chandni Chowk to China 2008

This is such a fantastic movie! Yes, it's tongue-and-cheek humor, and yes it has great action! It also has a good story line that kept us completely engaged. Overall, a great time! I definitely recommend it!

There are some very funny jokes that may go over peoples heads due to cultural differences. But on the same note there are jokes everyone can relate to in this movie. I definitely thought it was a great bollywood feel good movie.

I wish I could say something—ANYTHING—positive about this movie, but there simply is nothing to say. There’s no story whatsoever, the stunts are ridiculous and forced, the humour is pedestrian, and the acting is subpar. In other words, it’s typical Bollywood “masaala” crap. The only good thing about this movie is that Deepika Padukone is at her sexiest but, really, that would be just about the worst reason to go out and spend money and three hours of your life on this piece of trash. Highly not recommended.

Unique, ambitious, funny, and even emotionally moving. Only two critical comments: 1.) It is a tad too long. 2.) It is sometimes difficult to know exactly when language changes from Hindi to Chinese and back again. As it is all subtitled in English, after the fact, you sometimes figure out why the actors don't understand each other. As one is speaking in Hindi and the other in Chinese. Don't let either of the critical comments discourage one from giving this movie a go! I enjoyed it enough to buy it!

This was a quite fun movie that reimagines the kung fu movie in a Bollywood style. Thankfully, from my point of view, there were relatively few musical numbers and lots of stunts and fight scenes, instead. It has a bit of the feel of Kung Fu Hustle mixed with the humor of Jackie Chan. Highly recommend.

YES!!! THEY'VE FINALLY PUT AN INDIAN MOVIE ON ITUNES!!!! this was a really god movie and it was really funny.

Thanks to this movie, I've become a fan of Bollywood films. I loved this movie - lots of fun and very entertaining plus I loved the music. There were parts of the story that dragged a bit at times, but overall I loved it. As an American who has never had an interest in this genre, I'm now a big fan and hope to see more of these movies on iTunes. (Namastey London would be a great addition!)

a good indian movie related with chinese martial arts but "This movie presents a wrong fact," and a film company like The Warner Brothers should have checked there facts and sources about the information this movie presented. The Warner Brothers production created a stir in the Nepali capital because of the reference made in this movie that LORD BUDDHA was born in India which is a wrong fact because LORD BUDDHA was born in NEPAL not in INDIA

I really enjoyed this movie! It is a great representation of bollywood comedy. I think the best part of this movie is how animated and funny Akshay Kumar is. The music really adds to the movie and the feelings of the characters. This is a must see!
