A Separate Peace

I love the book and the movie very much! I like that they gave Brinker a bigger part in the movie "....boys boys boys, could you please keep it down for one evening?" haha it's a great movie

I HATED the book i was forced to read it for school this year and the movie was much better

The book has always been in my top- ten favorite books of all time and the movie was NOT a disappointment.

As soon as I read the first three chapters of the novel, I knew I had to buy the movie! And let me tell you, it is really good!!! Most of the time, movies don't go with their novels, but this one does. It does skip some minor parts, but all-in-all it still captured my heart...just as the book did. If you loved the book, you'll LOVE the movie :) Oh and another thing....Phineas is so CUTE!!!!! Haha I can see why Gene was so jealous.

I never really liked the book... though it was forced on me by school, but the movie really didnt help. I still dont like either.

The movie didn't change my attitude toward the book. It actually made me hate it even more. Personally, they totally screwed up Phineas (although the guy playing him made a good attempt at it) and Gene...well, it's Gene. He's always been stupid. Although I thought the movie was a little better...it wasn't by much.
