Little slow to start, but worth the wait. Always been very attracted to Blythe Danner!
  • A painful follow-up to a great movie

Westworld was a great 70'a sci-fi movies, a movie whose influence is felt throughout James Cameron's 'The Terminator' just over ten years later. Westworld was written by the incomparable Michael Crichton ---Futureworld was not. I haven't seen this movie in many years, but I can tell you it is painful to watch, a most disappointing sequel. If you haven't seen it, count your blessings and move along
  • Not really worth the $2.99, if you could rent it!

For all of those who enjoyed Yul Brynner's killing spree in the true original, "Westworld", you'll be disappointed to find out that he only does a cameo as the Gunslinger in the female reporter's dream. Aside from that, the film is very mediocre alone. Try "Westworld", "Logan's Run", and if you have the time, "Soylent Green". I promise you won't regret.

After watching Westworld, this is a MUST. Never knew they made this one. Thanks iTunes for having it for sale.

Some of the best sci-fi films are not mega-blockbusters...this one was well acted, thoughtful, engaging, and was a commendable sequel to Crichton's Westworld. Lead actors in this one were wonderful, and the supporting cast was even better. There is a bit of humor with the Peter Fonda role in the surprise ending that'll make you howl (if you've seen Easy Rider!)...one of my favorites, a fun afternoon!
