Description

The antichrist is back, this time in the form of a little girl.  Faye Grant stars as the wife of an up-and-coming congressman who grows more and more suspicious about the less-than-angelic nature of their newly adopted daughter. The priest who baptized her mysteriously dies, the psychic fair she attends burns in a fiery holocaust and her nanny "accidentally" falls from a second story window. Soon, Delia's mother begins to questions the "coincidence" of these catastrophes. Her thoughts can't help but turn toward the biblical prophesy of Armageddon... the final confrontation between the forces of good and evil, beginning with the birth of Satan in human form.

This is when we see Damien getting born. The first two were great but the last two sucked.

This doesn't follow the original series, but wasn't a bad movie. Watchable yet not something I'm going to add to my collection.
  • Insanely bad

I have no idea how this piece of ca ca even got to three stars, but this is one of the worst movies I have ever seen. From terrible acting, cheesy music, un-talented directing to a direct ripoff of the plot devices from the original Omen movie, this reminds me of a very bad made-for-TV movie from the 80's. I know movies weren't this bad in 1991, and this one can't hold even the slightest flicker of a candle to its namesake, the original Omen. There's two hours and four bucks of my life that I'll never get back! We should invent a new category called "F-Movies" for this one.

Omen 1 and 2 were great movies in their own right because Damien had a facade of innocence surrounding him. Omen 3 was tolerable because it basicially shows Damien living up to the potential that was hyped in the first 2 movies Omen IV is basically a hehash of the original with a girl as the Damen figure. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, that happens in this movie basically happens in the first two movies, only in those movies it's scary.
  • This years funniest comedy! No wait, it's yet another Omen sequal.

Ummm, did Jesus appear in the Final Conflict, thus ending the series? So what the hell? the Orphan meets the Omen? Run away from this dumb a*s crap. ITUNES, UPLOAD THE ONE TRUE OMEN. NOW

First off, I thoroughly enjoyed Omen I-III; actually just watched III on iTunes last weekend. Anyway, I was skeptical of this one because of its premise of a female antichrist succeeding Damien, so to speak, and also because I'd read somewhere that it was originally a made for tv movie. It just sounded like something that was probably made to make some quick cash off The Omen name. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the story. It really had some nice surprises. Unfortunately, it's held back by some of the writing and acting. Honestly, the actors weren't that bad, but they just sometimes didn't have a lot to work with in the line department. So, I recommend Omen fans renting it just for the sake of checking out the story, but most people probably won't feel an overwhelming desire to add this to their permanent movie collection.

The new Omen's are not as good as the first 2. But I prefer Damien as the antichrist. He was better. The movie is okay. But it's not really that scary.
  • Good but could of been better

All of the omen movies are cool and i like how they think that it was a coincidet and later end up dying. But for horror fans, i suggest Omen 666 with an adopted boy named Damien
