    Sam Raimi was certainly not at his best moment when he did this movie. Very long and very boring, although Cate Blanchett delivers a good acting, as does Greg Kinnear and Giovanni Ribisi. The script is ordinary, it's weak. Not a good story to tell.

    Besides the great acting, especially Giovanni, and the creepiness, there is heart in this story and a great sound track.

    But it's hard to go wrong with Blanchette, especially, and I have a super soft spot for Reeves (because of the first film I saw him in - Permanent Record - check it out) and Swank was a revelation... outside of Boys Don't Cry, her performances have failed to move me - I rarely believe a moment of them - but she seemed to own the character she plays in this. No real surprises in this, but I saw it with two other people and they were both surprised by the twists and turns, so take that for what it's worth.

    I didn't see this movie until about a few years after it was released to video, but it has become one of my favorites. It has an awesome cast with a tons of twists and an unexpected ending that had me shouting at the screen. Defineatley one to add to your movie collection.

    an amazing movie. with great twists. i wouldn't buy any movie on iTunes b/c I think it's just a waste. but, definitely worth renting from blockbuster or buying.

    I was happy to see that this movie was offered on itunes; however, the sound quality is crappy! And no, it's not because of my computer. I just watched something else & had no issue whatsoever.

    This movie was really good. Cate Blanchett is a really good actrice. I want to find the movie "The Missing" to watch, but i can't find it.
