The Hours

Disclaimer: I'm not a square accountant and I don't watch Fox News. I like art films - a lot. But this just sucked. If you want to know if someone is a prentious fool, ask them if they liked "The Hours". I suppose it is fashionable to like this drivel, but it's shallow, full of cliches, and just a crowd pleaser for baby boomers who are proud of themselves for saving the world. I usually like the music of Philip Glass, but his score really adds a strong layer of unbearable prention to this god awful film.

If there is one film that can tell you the struggling in the mind; if there is any film that can resonate you to live a life, this film is the one. The hours, look life in the face for what it is.

I love this movie. it is very touching and very thoughtful.

With an ensemble cast of Streep, Moore, and Kidman, along with a beautiful score by Phillip Glass, what could go wrong?

My friend adores this film. I usually love these types of movies but I never got this one.

The acting is superb. The music draws you in. Each word in the script is meaningful -you want to listen to every word. A movie worth owning as it gets better every time you watch it.

This was such a satisfying film - great directing, acting, and writing. The story was powerful, imaginative and entertaining, the kind of film that will stay with you for a long time after you've seen it. Definitely worth the money.
