Description

When Abby and her Diablos teammates are forbidden from doing any risky cheer stunts by their overly cautious school, they fear that they will be laughed out of the upcoming regional cheer competition. The squad comes up with a plan to choreograph a winning routine in secret, at a nearby abandoned school. Once at the school to rehearse, one by one the cheerleaders begin to disappear. By the time they realize they're locked inside with a killer, it may be too late for any of them to survive. They must use their skills to fight off a killer who gives them only one choice: Cheer or die!

I was so excited for this movie, a slasher version of Bring it On ? I mean, come on, what a brilliant idea. Unfortunately, the flick is completely devoid of suspense, blood and any actual horror. It was almost as if the director of this flick had never seen an actual slasher movie. The dialogue is atrocious, the acting is… something else, and everything just looks and feels so cheap. No slasher movie should be tv-14 and totally devoid of gore or blood. I feel like this flick could be streaming on Disney plus without an issue, no exaggeration. The kills are ridiculous but not in a fun way and the jokes and “camp” just really never land. It’s not so bad that it’s good, it’s just terrible. It could’ve been amazing and you may spend the entire movie crafting and imagining a meaner and better horror movie in your head. This could’ve been an incredibly campy and deliciously catty and bloody mash up of genres but it’s just disrespectful to the Bring it On franchise and a slap in the face to all slasher fans. Save yourself the 90 minutes and watch anything else.

So I decided to look at the new Bring it on movie, and the reviews weren’t lying! I’m still never a fan of horror slasher movies! I can’t believe Bring It On made a 🎃 movie out of the franchise! I can point out a lot of errors and disappointing points on this 🎞: *Instead of a nightmare, they decided to have a flashback. That’s even more of a nightmare *Don’t force someone to do something they’re not ready for! *Missi Pyle’s character, principal Simmons, is so much more psycho than her character Gail on A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song *Tori hung, Sydney (is that a bear trap?!), and Quincy (literally axed) got X’ed?! *screams in 😨* And this, 📣 and cheer fans, is why we used the buddy system! *Mascots are so dark *Scott shouldn’t have found Abby, and now it’s learned that he was hooking up with McKayla?! 🤬! *😱 I can’t believe I saw Abby’s ex get killed by a 📺! *Abby lost Evan?! No, now she doesn’t have a new love interest! *I knew it! I knew those twins were double 👿 the 😈! And I thought Hannah from #worldwidecheersmack was the two-faced 🧙‍♀️! *All of this was for revenge?! 😱 Revenge is not the answer! Why else is Abby trying her best NOT to be like her mom?! *Finally, a 🏳️‍🌈 couple in this (born straight but a supporter) - one good point *Where did the traitor get a 🏹?! *Another good point, one of my favorite 👯‍♀️ is in this *The craze principle, the woman who caused all this, to the point that she suddenly X out the survivors, which makes her even eviler than ever! Sorry, Tony G, I prefer the comedic aspect of the series, so from my point of view, NEVER AGAIN! That was the worst 🎥 I have ever seen, and probably glad I will never, ever wanna watch ever again! So Bring It On fans, if you value your life, don’t, and I repeat, DON’T watch it! I recommend the first six movies instead.
