Peridot is the story of Gabriel, a young male gigolo, working on Skid Row in order to send money to his mother back home. There he forms the most unlikely friendship with Martha, an elderly woman and renowned author. We created Peridot to break down the barriers and labels in a deeply ageist culture. We wanted to create a story that exemplifies that love and friendship knows no age, race, gender, or label.
