My husband and I enjoyed this movie. It was a fun, well-written and well-acted mystery. The scenery, homes and bookshop added to the charm. It basically had the elements that make Miss Marple and Poirot so enjoyable to watch. Plus, we didn’t have to deal with the violence, foul language and woke preaching that gets thrown in our faces every day.

Really horrible unless you are 8 years old and maybe it's still horrible. Kelsey, I want my 5.99 back!!!!

It starts out with an orphaned child who is incredibly smart...then the child grows up. A family friend needs help...there’s a ghost...and a lightning storm that brings everything to a head. And that’s about it. The music is way overdone for the plot, but some kids will like that.

Terrible script. If I could get my money I would. Acting was as bad as the script.
  • Awful . . . 🤮

Horrible script, disgusting acting, waste of time. Makes me really appreciate Miss Marple!

Very dramatic and sort of theatrical movie. It is family friendly, but don’t look for it to be much of a mystery. There’s too much set up and kind of an abrupt end.
