Godlessness is at an all time high in the world. This is truly disgusting.

Above all, this is quite the daring movie. It is hard to categorize and it's hard to review. Any attempt to do so will offend some but not everyone - at least, those with a keen eye for mood and feeling and the uneasy sense that I once was a pre-pubesent teenager just like her. You can't judge the intent of the sexual awakeing that our lead experiences. It's a common thread through all of humanity - we are sexual beings, whether you have seen porn or a "dirty magazine" or you live in sub-Saharan Africa without access to such vices. We all can identify - well, females at least, but it's all getting to the same point: We are mixed up, confused, burgeoning primal humans with an urge to discover sexuality in one's own sense of the word. The direction and writing of the film is sure - even if you don't agree with it. It is funny and uncomfortable and hilarious and vicious without too much patronizing. I really liked the lead played by Natalia __ (something). Her face speaks words and feelings that cannot be verbally expressed. It is a roller coaster of feelings and we are on for the ride, whether you like it or not, deep down you know you can identify with at least one or two of the characters in this film. Its' humanistic and carnal urges will leave you with indelible reactions - enlightening or patronizing - to the universal reality that sex drives a lot of our decisions.

Thankfully it is through grace not works we are forgiven. This movie brings out the fact that most don’t have a relationship with God and when they find out religion is just hypocritical they walk away from a system ... but sadly they usually close there mind to what was to be beautiful with a real relationship with Jesus. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.

Slow plot, lackluster cast, and a tendency to be very unoriginal

My wife grew up in catholic schools and this hit so close to home she was rolling on the floor laughing. While I grew up Episcopalian, I can totally relate to the camp experience, which is hilarious. It could be mildly offensive I suppose, but worth the watch. Overall it’s a fun film with a fresh take on growing up Catholic. Check it out.
