Foster

We all know that a huge number of children and teenagers spend their lives in foster care. They come from families that don't want them and from families who should never have had chlidren. This two year study takes us into the world of foster care in Los Angeles. I was deeply moved and most of all, impressed with the way the social workers do so much for the kids they are assigned to. There are successes and there are failures. This is about the dignity of the effort.
