Description

Christie, an elementary school teacher with a competitive streak, is always out to win top prize. For the school’s Christmas festival this year, she can’t hold back and has to enter the big cookie baking contest to win a big trip for her class. There’s only one problem with that master plan — Christie might be the worst baker on the planet! When one of her students puts her in touch with her single father for some much needed help in the kitchen, Christie meets someone special this holiday season and begins to see there are more important things in life than always striving to be number one.

  • One of my least favorite of the Hallmark movies...

My family and I love the Hallmark movies! While this movie was just a mediocre movie, my review here deals with something else with Hallmark (and I’m posting HERE because no-one will call me back after I’ve left 7 messages, over 5 months)… Unfortunately, for some reason on iTunes, Hallmark keeps changing the covers of their movies. At 1st there was a simple cover with just a poster and title. It was simple and beautiful and I loved it!!… BUT then Hallmark messes everything up and adds a red bar across the bottom of some of their movies (but not all). Then they change it up again, take the bar off the bottom of some, and put different size red boxes around some (but not all) of those Christmas Hallmark movies that I own. Now all my 90 PLUS iTunes Hallmark movies I’ve purchased look different, cluttered and disorganized. As a graphic artist and a Hallmark Fan, this is just annoying!… PLEASE Hallmark, choose 1 direction for ALL your covers to go in and STICK with that look on iTunes, because naturally all these changes you keep making are just ridiculous, and my iTunes movie library looks cluttered now. Thank You!!
