Honestly, this movie doesn’t break any box office norms but that’s fines considering the 500K cost of this film. People need to stop comparing it to block buster projects. For what’s its worth this movie had a really nice premise, the evolution of the human condition. The culmination of this movie was actually pretty good. As for character development and dialogue, well...it sucked. But I’m OK with that since this was a camp film. Go into the film with no expectations and it’ll be that much more entertaining. I would really like to see a remake. The plot could get cleaned up, the acting refined and this would be right up there with a Marvel film. Great work for the money used to create this film.
Very good movie

Don’t let the reviews turn you away. I read the reviews and almost didn’t watch it but this is a very good movie. Has a nice plot and good special effects, the acting is solid and at the end of the day a movie should be rated on what it’s purpose is, dis it entertain you or not......this movie will entertain and has a very unique angle on super powers. 5 stars

***Spoiler Alert***
Nothing about this movie was redeeming. You must first suffer though 8.5 minutes of credits before the movie begins. Then you suffer though an hour of strangely vague back story eventually leading to the main character's self-sacrifice. The writer apparently wanted his hero to be flawed. I'm not sure he wanted him to be hated.
Even for a sci-fi film, the premise was a stretch. His DNA is the key to converting this human trash into a god? They might as well have said magic bubbled up from the earth and this dude fell in a puddle of it. This plot was so predictable and hackneyed that my 8 year-old would call it derivative.
I remember Ron Eldard from ER and liked him. So, I thought having him in this film would lend credibility. It clearly did not. Don't waste your time with this one.

Pure hot garbage! I've seen street side performances with better acting. The storytelling is beyond cliche. Consider this a fair warning - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
