This is a touching, heartfelt movie. The film unfolds slowly but perfectly captures the pace of life in more rural Japan (though most of the film takes place in Kamakura which is only an hour outside of Tokyo). Another masterpiece by Koreeda. Very reminiscent of Still Walking.

Slow paced plot of 3, 20 something, sisters, living alone, and taking in a 14 year old half sister. Simply put, it is a beautiful film. Subtitles are done well.
