Description

After a girls' night out, endearingly awkward Deb wakes up in the apartment of the most attractive guy in Portland, Maine. She's thrilled, but can't remember much of what got her there. Pretty boy Ryan only knows it was a mistake and ushers her out the door...into a full-scale zombie apocalypse. Now, a walk of shame becomes a fight for survival as the mismatched pair discovers that the only thing scarier than trusting someone with your life is trusting them with your heart.

This is a cute, low budget movie that perfectly understands its own joke. The acting is uneven, the editing could be tighter … etc. … but it has heart and if you want to spend an hour and half feeling the weight of the world lifted through campy silliness, this could be the ticket. (The corrected graffiti on the side of the wall was hilarious.)
  • A welcome addition to zombie classics

I was lucky enough to be part of the "Deb" Kickstarter. It was a blast watching the whole process & when it was complete & I was able to watch it from start to finish, it was such a delight! For a movie of its budget (only $100,000), it stands very nicely with it's zombie peers. Definitely worth a watch
  • Funny look at the nightmare of dating

A hilariously clever romantic comedy wrapped in a zombie apocalypse.

Pleasently surprised! This is a fun rom-com with a bit of gore - think Shawn of the Dead but less violent. There are plenty of good laughs - the cat broach reveal was quite funny. If this were rated, it would probably be PG-13. Ok for teenagers/adults.
