Description

When Max (Taissa Farmiga) and her friends reluctantly attend an anniversary screening of “Camp Bloodbath”, the infamous ‘80s horror film that starred Max’s late mother (Malin Akerman), they are mysteriously sucked into the silver screen. They soon realize they are trapped inside the cult classic movie and must team up with the fictional and ill-fated camp counselors, including Max’s mom as the scream queen, to battle the film’s machete-wielding killer. With the body count rising in scene after iconic scene, who will be the final girls left standing and live to escape this film?     This movie was fantastic! It was a great surprise, awesome actors who did a great job. The finale was epic - this was, overall, just a really great movie. Comedy, a bit of horror...it has it all!

    At first I thought it looked silly from the trailer, but when I rent it it actually got me laughing pretty. Pulling a good joke the classic 80s movies was actually good and cast was funny too.

    It was a great movie funny but it did make me cry a little about her mom but overall it was a good movie. Wish there was a number two so we know what happen and how they got out.

    Going into this movie I was skeptical. I knew nothing about it, I didn’t really know the actors and it seemed like low budget trash. I came out in love with it. Definitely not the best movie, but still a great one that surprisingly not many people know exists. ‘The Final Girls’ is a fun horror comedy that gives you so much to think about. It is not 100% horror, and it is not 100% comedy or 100% anything. It is a mesh of thrilling, emotional humor that everyone is sure to enjoy!

    As soon as I saw the trailer, I had to watch it. I love horror movies, but then again, I am a softie when it comes to sad movies. I was tearing at the parts of the mother/daughter part. Then that twist at the end though! Some might say it sucked, but i enjoyed it alot!
