It’s one of THE BEST SHOWS on Cartoon Network, which really works because I’m into the supernatural. The witch stuff, the werewolves, AWESOME. My favorite episode in this season is Hedgehog Werewolf. It has an amazing storyline and has a really good message to let out your real feelings to the world. I’m 17 and I still love this. Plus, the roasts are really funny and they’re not trash like Teen Titans Go. This show is major cuteness overload. But Pepper sounds like Rolly from Puppy Dog Pals 😅 I’m so sad it’s not streaming anymore. Stupid tax rightoffs and stupid discovery 😡

I’m sure you know But HBO and WB just purged a lot of shows and this is one. All to avoid paying taxes in the profits earned from these animations. This show is just straight up amazing a beautiful story and amazing art work and concepts that just about anyone can understand. But my son and daughter love this. PS. So do I.

I love this show so much. It speaks to me, and I love how it tackles real-world issues while also making you feel like you’re wrapped in a cozy, warm blanket. It also helps you know nothing too bad is going to happen, even if it can get dark at times (although, the “darkness” is very little, from what I can remember, kids won’t be able to understand it, it seems more like it’s something put in there for adults). One of my favorites is Monster Visit, where the monsters literally try to run away because their god monster comes to visit, and she has old-world views about how they HAVE to scare and eat kids. I feel sure that it’s speaking out about homosexuality specifically, and being afraid that a relative/someone important doesn’t share the same views as you, so you try to pretend to be something you aren’t. It definitely is more broad than that, it fits with anything regarding not sharing the same views as someone, so you hide your true self. To me, it just feels like it speaks more about homosexuality.
Love love love it

Quick note: 20 more episodes are supposed to come out by the end of 2018! Fans rejoice!
I can't stop watching this show. Everything is just so cute and wholesome and it gives me such a warm fuzzy feeling. It's all around just a great show. The theme song is fantastic, the characters are all very well made, and little touches like the return of the classic Cartoon Network Studios logo at the end just make me smile. It reminds me greatly of Adventure Time, which this show's creator also worked on.
If you're reading this, you're probably already a fan of the show, but if you aren't, you should absolutely get it! Five dollars is a complete bargain.
#1 SHOW OF ALL TIME!!!!!

I Can Breathe Again

I was so crushed when I learned that Adventure Time was coming to an end, and in fact I shed a few dozen tears. And I’m no kid, far from it, but I enjoy (actually devour) beautiful, kind-hearted, uplifting animation—as I do music, writing, places, art, even scents and food etc—as a sort of therapy, escape...a breath of lovely, fresh air. I then read that “Summer Camp Island”, created by a storyboard artist (like the truly amazing Rebecca Sugar) had been picked up by CN, and I’ve been rather impatiently awaiting its arrival for over a year.
All I can state is that SCI is unlike anything currently being produced (which is a good thing), a mixture of Over The Garden Wall, Adventure Time and maybe a sprinkling of Steven Universe. From its soothing muted palettes, to uplifting but not hyper-in-your-face happy, happy HAPPY!!, to familiar voices, e.g. the too-cute talking pyjamas sound an awful lot like Sweet Pea of AV, and there are a few gruff Brooklyn accents alà Ice King fame, a few gems from SU, and a theme song I wished lasted longer...
You’ll have to see the rest for yourselves—because writing about something so visually soothing, is like filming a scent—and please do...you need more Summer Camp in your lives, trust me...*hint* the second episode is literally all about cuteness...*sigh*!
