….brutally violent and difficult to watch at times. Brilliant acting and directing. It was great to see Rupert Friend (Homeland’s Peter Quinn) in one of the few compassionate roles in the film.

One of the grittiest prison films made. The acting was superb. Very intense film throughout.

Acting was great but there wasn't much of a story and several answered questions when the movie was over. Halfway through I turned on the subtitles (had a hard time with the accents) so maybe I missed something at the beginning :). I like a tale with a beginning, middle, and end. This movie felt like all middle.

Pointless movie, dont waste your money renting or buying. Acting is ok but the plot is a zero

This film is truly art and even at a 99% positive rating from Rotten Tomatoes, the film is still underrated. The rawness and depth of the characters just leaves you amazed that actors could convey such realism.
  • Oh so good!
