Description

Academy Award® nominees Andy Garcia and Juliette Lewis join Camilla Belle and Colin Egglesfield in this heartwarming coming-of-age story. Angie (Belle) is a free spirit living on her own terms and occasionally waitressing to make money. But when she makes connections with a drifter (Garcia), a handsome cop (Egglesfield), and his sister (Lewis), she finds herself torn between her life of absolute freedom and being tied to people who care about her. Beautifully filmed and acted, it’s an inspiring film about love in all its many forms.

Gentle Brazilian easy listening music (I'm looking for the soundtrack). Gentle serious story about a girl searching for something very important to her. Not Hollywood, more like a foreign film. Camilla Belle is beautiful to watch act. I don't understand the poor reviews, must be from those requiring overstimulation.

I am no writer or critic…just somebody always looking for a good movie! I enjoyed it! Does this mean you will? Probably not considering all the bad reviews its getting on here. Take a chance, its only $5. And you never know you might enjoy it like i did!!

June 1st, 2013 Hi, I really enjoyed this film w/ mom. It was a nice, sincere feel-good kind movie drama, with a surprising ending!

Two good things about the movie: Belle is pretty, and sometimes the camera moves over a nice, hilly landscape. But Belle is also completely bland, uninteresting, and really not much of an actress. She is, however, really good at parting her hair. Since there isn't much of a story, and Belle has not a bit of screen chemistry, the movie turns out a pretty sad affair. Garcia and the rest of the cast do the best they can with what's given to them. But even decent actors can do only so much. Most dialogues are thin, cheesy, or contrived. And even the views of the hilly landscape come with an unusually insufferable song.

Terrible. Totally disjointed plot with a very predictable storyline.

This is a great little film with a beautiful story. The characters are real and lovable. camilla belle & collin egglesfield give beautiful performances. i'd recommend it to anyone who loves a sweet indie drama! It's not a movie for someone looking for something action packed and fast paced. It's a soft story with great depth. Loved it!

I admit I did not make it through more than one half of an hour. But I couldn't hang on. I kept waiting for it to get just a bit better than horrible, and it showed no signs of this. REALLY BAD!!!! HORRIBLE acting. I am writing to ITUNES to see if I can get my money back.
